DEAR ANNIE: Freight/shipping is always based upon number of stops and weight. There are economies of scale playing into place when ordering and having shipped two buildings to a single location, so it will be more economical than ordering one building now and a second at a later date. You will also have a benefit of us providing more buildings to Pacific Northwest clients than to any other region, so if your two buildings are less than full truckload for weight, some other client will be sharing freight costs with you.
