What would the price be to do that and who can we have build it? We close on our property the end of April. How long does it take to get it if we order soon? Thank you.”

Pre-COVID we could deliver most any building, anywhere in two to three weeks. Due to random supply chain challenges, we do ask our clients to allow 8 to 12 weeks. In many instances, framing materials can be delivered quicker and non-stock special order items such as windows and doors sometimes taking longer.
