I am a small business owner and let me tell you that you guys are night and day ahead of your competition from what I have seen so far. I had a hard time getting these other Post Frame type Companies to even respond.

We are in need of a large shop with a 2 br 1 bath with living space building built. It will be the first stage of building our eventual barndo.
CUrrently live in Kalama, property is in Vancouver,
Already has old home on it with access to electric, water and sewer.
Shop needs to be 40×60 3 bay with small living space as described above on one side. Covered porch. Rustic look to outside to tie into eventual barn home.. We can do finish work inside such as insulation etc if needed.. wondering what cost estimate would be ?
