Hansen Pole Buildings, LLC is an iconic brand and market leader in the post frame building industry. We are looking for talented Inside Sales Representatives located in our newly opened Fargo, ND office.

You will become a building psychologist, providing common sense solutions to those who are occasionally lacking in common sense, are dimensionally challenged, or have little or no concept of time. The position is the sales of custom designed pole building kit packages in all 50 states, using our cloud based proprietary design and pricing software.
There is absolutely no travel to meet with clients, no trade shows to attend, etc. Must be dedicated and driven to succeed. Without exception – proven track record of success in large ticket sales is a must.
Excellent phone and Email communication skills in clear English required. Be able and prepared to spend four to six hours or more a day speaking with clients on the phone. If you are willing to put the time and effort to truly learn your craft, income opportunities are virtually unlimited. All new sales representatives are paid using a base plus commission structure.
Familiarity with specialized niches could prove helpful (e.g. Aircraft hangars, equestrian, etc. ) Prefer little or no actual construction experience, although having built or owning your own pole building could be helpful.
Computer skills ARE required – you must be able to comfortably navigate the Internet. You will regularly email, as well as use Skype repeatedly. Expect to update our user friendly client management program upon every client contact, or attempted contact. Utilize Facebook, Linkedin, Google+ and other social networking sites to feed, maintain and grow your client network. Do not fool yourself – if you do not have the skills, you will fail – wasting your time and ours.
