Website Update!
Every month we will highlight one of our customers. Meet other customers and see what they have to say about their building, what they are using it for, and meet their families. We have some really beautiful buildings out there. Many are built by customers who've never held a hammer unless it was to pound a nail in the wall to hang a picture!

Do not use chalk of any color to mark screw lines on steel. The chalk combines with moisture to create permanent lines. These lines will then deteriorate the finish and you will never be able to remove them. This holds true for any black or “lead” pencil marks as well.
Too often folks have used chalk with intentions of immediately wiping it off. If accidentally left on, even just overnight, chalk or lead can become permanently etched into the paint. Check out the photo of what “not to do” for marking drill holes.
To mark steel sheets for cutting use a fine-tipped marker. These can be easily wiped off as soon as you have drilled the holes.
