When you buy any complete pole building kit from HansenPoleBuildings, you can feel confident because your purchase is backed by our HansenPoleBuildings 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, after all materials have been properly offloaded at your site and received in good order, you are not completely satisfied, contact our Productions Department immediately at (866)695-2131 and we will make every attempt to correct any problems. If we are unable to do this, we will authorize a return and provide you with shipping instructions for a complete refund.

Every building we provide is custom-made to order. Please understand, we can only honor the guarantee when the building you have ordered meets any and all requirements of planning, zoning, local covenant and structural loading requirements (all which must be verified by you prior to order). Also:

  • Commercial/Industrial/Institutional use or orders not placed directly with Hansen Pole Buildings are not covered by this guarantee.

  • Returns are accepted only with prior authorization, and the complete building kit in question must be shipped to Hansen Pole Buildings in like-new condition, securely packaged and received within 90 days of Building Order Confirmation. You only pay return shipping and insurance.
  • The following five items are not allowable causes for return, under this guarantee:      

  1. Your failure to order a feature or features at time of order, to understand what it is you are ordering, or to provide clear access to site or required equipment to offload (when necessary).

  2. FREE color swatches are available, so please review our color accuracy policy carefully, and order samples to make sure you like the color before you buy. Buildings cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with the color/quality/texture of siding or roofing material unless you first ordered samples, and your product is incorrect or significantly different from the color sample you received.

  3. In the event any of the following are reported within 48 hours after delivery, they will be replaced or provided at no charge to you, as expediently as possible:

  4. Receipt of an incorrect color/quality/texture component.

  5. Materials are damaged, so as to be unusable, due to shipping damage and/or initial defects.

  • A verifiable shortage is found.

  • Other pole or steel building kit providers DO NOT offer a satisfaction guarantee of any sort. Their policies do not allow for returns or exchanges. Here at Hansen Pole Buildings, we are committed to achieving your satisfaction even after the order is complete. You shouldn’t have to "settle" on a building which you will be using for a lifetime. Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned building and it is accepted, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Upon receiving your return, the materials will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note, items showing signs of wear or those which have been altered, cut, drilled, not protected from weathering, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Hansen Pole Buildings return code, and packages which are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How To Prepare A Return

To return a building kit to Hansen Pole Buildings, follow our four step process:

    1.  Give us every Reasonable Opportunity to Correct the Problem.

    2.   Your Return Authorization Code. Call (866)695-2131 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. This code must be written on the packing slip/Bill of Lading.

 

    3.   Package Your Return. All materials must be received in like-new condition and securely packaged.

 

    4.    Insure Your Package. Ship your complete building and all hardware via FedEx Truckload Brokerage (888)444-5940 or FedEx LTL Services (800)274-9099. Your building package must be insured for its total value.
