If you have received a delivery with items you believe are missing or damaged, this is the right (and only) place to report them.

Please note the following prior to filing out a damaged/missing items claim:

As Stated On your Purchase Agreement (formerly called an Order Confirmation), at www.HansenBuildings.com and in our Construction Guide is the
Hansen Buildings 48 hour replacement policy.  

This policy was created due to the inability of Hansen Buildings and our vendors to protect
any jobsite from theft, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

The policy states:


ALL materials (including, but not limited to: lumber, trusses, steel, doors and accompanying hardware, as well as all sealed boxes) shipped to you via any means must be completely inventoried within 48 HOURS of delivery. Only claims for missing, damaged or mis-produced pieces reported to Hansen Buildings at www.HansenBuildings.com/material.htm, within 48 HOURS of delivery, will be considered for no charge replacement. If, at any time, you purchase materials without the written consent Hansen Buildings, you will not be reimbursed.

 

Beyond the 48 hour time period, you are welcome to report any missing, damaged or mis-produced materials – however, in
most cases, expect to incur a charge to have materials replaced. All claims will get a response.

Please email photographs of damaged or “wrong” items to jason@hansenpolebuildings.com – this is also helpful in resolving your issues.
