Do I have to provide my email address?

We organize all of our account records by email address. Looking up your archived information becomes difficult, if not impossible, without it. Besides, if you want us to respond to you by email, we need to have your email address. We do not send unsolicited information to any email address. It will only be used to communicate with you about your building needs. For these very same reasons, it is also essential you give us a correct email address.

Is anyone else going to get my email or mailing address from you?

Absolutely not! This is a Hansen Pole Buildings’ guarantee to you, our customers. We don’t like “spam” e-mails or telemarketers any more than the majority of our customers. We only provide your contact information to those who need it in order to fill your order or make deliveries to you. They will not use it for any other purpose. We do not manufacture the components we provide for your building; they are delivered direct to you from the manufacturers. These suppliers have to be able to contact you directly in case of a problem. We will never sell, trade or give your information to anyone else, for any purpose.
