Prefer little or no actual construction experience, although having built or owning your own pole building could be helpful.
Computer skills ARE required - you must be able to comfortably navigate the Internet. You will use Outlook or Thunderbird, as well as Trillian or a similar Instant Messenger repeatedly. Expect to update our user friendly client management program upon every client contact, or attempted contact. Utilize Facebook, Linkedin and other social networking sites to feed, maintain and grow your client network. Do not fool yourself - if you do not have the skills, you will fail - wasting your time and ours.
We provide prequalified leads - as many as you will ever need (these are ALL people who have contacted us for pricing), no cold calling. If you are willing to put in the time and effort to truly learn your craft, income opportunities are virtually unlimited.
This is a CONTRACT position, you will be an independent contractor - not an employee.

PHP/MySQL/HTML/Actionscript Programmer - Looking for experienced programmers/designers that can show experience in the previous languages. Experience with other languages could be a plus. General duties would include working with our databases to create added functionality to our websites for customer use. Create efficient solutions to our everyday problems that customers can access through a login system.
We provide custom pole building packages to customers across the US and look for solutions in making this process as easy and automated as possible.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly motivated and able to handle multiple projects at once. He/she must be able to think creatively and take initiative to achieve individual and team deliverables on time. This candidate should be passionate about the Internet, and be a strong team player.
To start this is a CONTRACT position, you will be on a per job basis. You are given the flexibility to work from home. BA or two year degree a plus but not required. Could work into a full-time position if work is done efficiently on an agreed upon timetable to our standards. Pay DOE and size of the job assigned.
